one accepted pension estimate how long till get money?

hi all,

i have recieb=ved my pension estimate in which i am going to accept, how long does it take until i get my pension money?

be very grateful for a response.

From the day you have the final figures is anything between 6-10 weeks.. From the day you have your monthly amount and pension lump sum figures issued to you.. It would take a matter of weeks..

The lump sum would be paid a few weeks later and the monthly pension at the last working day of the month..You would receive back pay from the day you were officially due to receive the pension ..

Pension lump sum paid on your 60 birthday.

Monthly pension paid on the last day of the month.

I.E Thurs 30th Sept last day of the month pension paid.

If the last day of the month is Saturday or Sunday pension is paid on the Friday.
