Hi
Has anyone recently taken EVR and can answer my question about my pension, how long after you leave doe's it take to get your pension ???
no detailed info is in the evr pack other than as soon as possible after your last day of service. When I phone HR they say contact the pension people and when I phone them they say nothing to do with them until RM let them know you have left. Please only post reply if you are certain of your info, and yes have phoned the HR number and cannot get to speak to anyone from the voluntary severance team.

hi there, you will get a letter from pensions asking you a few tax questions regarding any other private pensions you have had. send that letter back and within ten working days you will have a full quote of your options. if your a section c member (post 1987 ) . the quote , will be no lumper and a monthly sum or a max lumper and a reduced pension or something between the 2. the amount of of lump sum provided for each £1 of pension commuted is £23.48.

Re: EVR & MY PENSION
by the way you will only get your pension if your 50 orover (55 from april ) ,unless your IHR with pension. the pension will be reduced from the amount you would have got at 60/65.
