Goverment after our pension fund
Does anybody think that this dispute is down to the fact the Goverment wants to raid our pension fund. Once we're destroyed,they can privatise us,and the rest is history.

The problem is they already have raided it and must sort it out/pay it back. No private investors will touch it with a barge pole until that is sorted out because it is eating away at all the profits. Classic mis-management by the government, fools!

What we have to watch for is RM walking away from the pension fund with the governments blessing.
that way they can wipe 10% off the pensions and it would all be legal. The government would then pick up the remainder of the fund and guarantee the 90% as is the current law.

And Labour, the pension holiday ended during Labours 2nd term!!!
Pension holiday under Labour lasted for around 1 year less the Tories
