dont understand

the pension

been paying into this since i started
18 month ago.
and to be honest i really dont no what i need to no about it.

a few things like

what ive paid in the last 18 month
do i get the full amount back or a percentage of this.

how to find out how much is actually in
and if i got sacked / laid off what would happen to this amount.

is there a book for dummies on this anywahere so i can understand it more

You should get a statement once a year,usually July/August telling you how much your pension is worth.

If you leave with less than 2 years service,you can usually claim back your contributions minus tax.
