Age 65 Benefits after taking pension at 55

Hi Everyone
I have received my letter from RM requesting completion and return (when I get the Capita one) in order to release my Age 65 payments.
As I took my pension at 55 do I need to enter these details? I would have thought that the pensions group would be aware of this and having no other benefits (State or Private) it should just be a matter of basically signing and returning.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
