Morning all
Asked for my figures off rmpp, they told me they would
Contact rmsps
Received figures from rmpp after a few days still waiting for
Capital after 3 weeks 🥴is this normal wait time ?
I did ring last week and was told they have done them just waiting
For someone to check them 😖

Crapita sorry Capita are well known for being slow,unresponsive and generally rubbish.

Just be a little patient if not keep at them until they do their job

It took me 3 months of phoning and emailing, it got to the ridiculous stage of c(r)apita assuring me they had sent the forms out 3 times, strangely none of these materialised, in the end I got someone to email them to me

They turned up a few days ago , filled in and sent back now :thumbup

Can anybody explain for the last 12mths I have been receiving my 60 pension 403.65 plus 59.34 April and May payments have been 414.68 plus 45.55 which means I’m worse off can somebody who understands pensions enlighten me many thanks in advance.
