What happens next?
Ok, so I sent back my forms to Capita and Sheffield over 2 weeks ago ,and I have received a letter from Capita saying thanks for sending them back and I know they have done an I.D check on a credit reference agency, but I’ve not heard anything back from Sheffield is this normal or do I need to contact them?.

Re: What happens next?
Are you wishing to take your pensions on a specific date? If my experience is anything to go by you'll hear nothing until a week after your due your lump sums then the lump sums will appear in your bank, then you'll receive a letter telling you what you'll get
"Never have I known an employee so keen to employ you, then so eager to get rid of you!"

Re: What happens next?
So you should get your lump sums on your 55 and your first monthly pensions at the end of that month, won't be a full month though, it's going to depend when your birthday falls e.g birthday on 15th of the month you'll get 15 days pension etc, I'm no expert though, just going on my experience, don't hold your breath for correspondence off them though, they really don't like telling you anything
