Re: Capita
Capita are well known for being useless and difficult to contact (deliberate by them no doubt)Moreton10 wrote: ↑06 Mar 2025, 16:17Hello

Why not try RMPP - explain your situation and get them to contact Capita on your behalf - not sure they would be able to do that but worth a try.

Re: Capita
There's been a few similar comments about the RMSPS portal on here over the years, with people struggling to sign up or login.
I have to say I've never really had any problems with it, except that it doesn't seem to work properly on all internet browsers.
For example, my browser of choice is Chrome and it works fine on that. But if I try to login using Opera, I just get a message saying 'the specified URL cannot be found'.
So perhaps try a few and see what happens?

Re: Capita
Why would you contact RMPP if you can’t get on RMSPS site? You should probably phone them. Or try sending them a signed letter with your new address.Hyrrokkin wrote: ↑06 Mar 2025, 17:45Capita are well known for being useless and difficult to contact (deliberate by them no doubt)Moreton10 wrote: ↑06 Mar 2025, 16:17Hello
