Hi just a bit confused all my RMSPS statements have previously stated an amount for the additional supplement we get when leaving Royal Mail until we reach state pension age
2022 and 2023 for example was £1,371.41 . I came opun my 2024 statement to discover this had been reduced to zero. I took my age 60 benefits in full aged 60 in September 2023
. On the options I was quoted an additional temporary pension supplement of £1,767.14 per annum when I leave Royal Mail upto my state retirement age. Has one supplement replaced the other and is that the reason it's not on 2024 statement .very confusing I'm worried about a cock up.thanks for any help

Re: Confused over annual pension supplement until retirement age
I would guess the reason the supplement isn't on the 2024 statement is that you've taken your Age60 benefits and are currently still employed by RM. So you don't qualify for it at the moment.
Although in my opinion, that's not really a good enough reason for it not to be on there.
There is often a difference between the figures on the annual statement and the actual amounts quoted when you come to take your benefits, because they only sit down and work them out properly at that point, so a fairly small disparity is normal. But a £400 difference in the supplement amount seems big to me.
Could your RMSPS Age65 supplement account for at least some of it?
If in doubt ask RMSPS/Capita.
