Contact them through this link

Be prepared to not get a reply though

I contacted them through email twice a while ago - only last few days received a single paper statement with my pension details.
It looks like they do not do proper paper statements any more so sign up online.

Exactly what I did, emailed them twice, second time they actually replied and asked for more information.. my pension number, address, date of birth and National Insurance number, all of which I had supplied in my first email, so I re-sent same info only for a third reply a week or so later saying they couldn't help me as I had supplied the wrong information   I hadn't.

A week or so later a single sheet of paper arrived in the post with the info I needed...I had no luck logging in to the website, I got in fine but the website hasn't been updated for years as far as I can see. This company Capita has got to be one of the most incompetent I've ever had to deal with, they make Royal Mail look professional!!

Agree with everything you say - simply not good enough either from RM or Capita

Yes the Capita statement is just a piece of paper now but has all the information you need. I wonder how many have been opened hastily and been thrown away without people realising what it was ? It took me a while to find mine amongst all my paper work as I was looking for a booklet.

Capita are simply not up to the job or their contract.

They do not do paper statements anymore - yet online statements only show 2020 & 2021

What a joke

So how do we find out? Weve gotta look at both pensions , gives us an idea if we can afford to go or not.

You email them giving every bit of info you can think of, Pension number, date of birth, address, National Insurance number, shoe size, etc Anything you can think of that they might come back and ask for, then a week later when you have had no reply (except an automatic reply) you send another one with the same info and stating that youv'e had no answer to your previous email, and you keep doing that until, eventually you still wlll get no answer but you might get a one A4 page through the post with the info you need :pray
