Asking for a friend/colleague. As the title says, friend has received a letter stating he will be auto enrolled into nest at the end of January. He has previously fully taken his RM Pension & is now looking at joining the collective plan.
Put simply, how would he go about this? I'm thinking if he joins the collective plan via the people app then the auto enrol into nest will become null & void. Is this correct?
Cheers.

The eligibility criteria for the RMCPP is on pages 17-18 of the Handbook.
Going by that, it sounds to me as if he needs to contact HR for an opt-in form.
