Lump sum booster not going into Scottish Widows account

Post by Dexydog »

Been checking each week to see if the avc's and lump sum booster is being paid into the new scheme.
3 lots of avc's are there, but neither the 1% of mine nor the RM 1% are showing in transactions.
Anyone any idea why not before I email HR?

The booster payments increase the lump sum. They'll be included on your annual statements, unless they're visible when logging into the rmcpp website?

The RMCPP site only allows you to request a statement which shows a current value and one at retirement.
It doesn't show transactions like the SW site.
Does the lump sum booster not get paid to SW?-i thought it was?

Why would the booster payments go somewhere different to the main lump sum money?
They all get paid out as one amount.

I assumed the avc's and lump sum booster were hand in hand and both paid to SW.
Not the case. 👍
