Just been reading about how Boeing workers have been striking partly in regard to their 401k pension scheme ( similar to the new RM scheme ) , maybe these new schemes aren’t that good after all ! Just a thought !

A 401k pension is the US's version of a defined contribution scheme, so is basically the same as the RMDCP.
The new RMCPP is clearly a different concept.
