Ultimately it's the trustees of the scheme that make the decisions on investment strategy, etc. Although I'm sure they'll have the input of advisors and actuaries.
As far as I'm aware, the Pensions Service Centre in Sheffield will be your point of contact when taking your benefits, etc.
They also deal with the RMPP.
I don't think there will be any online access to the RMCPP in the same way as there is with the RMDCP or AVC's via Scottish Widows.
Your pension entitlement will increase with each weekly/monthly contribution, but that is only really a theoretical amount. What you actually get will be valued each year, based on the performance of the investments and communicated in your annual statement.
The lump sum(inc booster) is similar, but can't go down as the pension can.
