Lifetime Allowance Declaration Form
Hi, can anyone help me with understanding and filling the lifetime Allowance Declaration form for my pension. I have received a letter after filling in all my details for my 60 pension saying that I have completed Part B wrong and provide the details in Part E. Also they want actual percentage of Standard LTA.

Re: Lifetime Allowance Declaration Form
OK markis, I failed the lifetime allowance first time round, but if you call the RMPP , they will try to help with this, if you have pensions elsewhere you will have to obtain figures stating the percentage lifetime allowance, sometimes its stated on your annual pension P60 from the pension providor ,so you can enter these in the form, you know unless you are a person
With large pension income it's almost irrelevant, but the rules are the rules good luck .

Re: Lifetime Allowance Declaration Form
Most pension advisers have a special calculator. When I rang both the royal mail schemes they told me the percentage immediately. Most other firms would help the same way I know the NHS did
