So a few months ago, we were told the CDC scheme has received authorisation from the pension regulator. But at the same time, it needs more legislation. It now apparently won't start until 2024.
Anyone know what that legislation is?

As far as I know, the only legislation on the horizon concerning CDC, is to enable multi employer schemes.
As there are various subsidiaries of IDS, I assume they all count as separate employers. Unless there's other legislation more specific to our scheme?
