Cash Balance fund/Avc options

Can anyone tell me can I take my cash balance fund and put it with my remaining avc
(added aprox. £64k) into a seperate drawdown arrangement.

It is possible to transfer the DBCBS out to a DC pension.

You will then have a choice of ways to access that pension, one of which is drawdown.

Yes it would.

Once I've taken my NRA60 with my AVC's funding the tax free lump sum. I'll have an excess amount in my Flexiplan, which I plan to transfer to a DC scheme. As it's more tax efficient than taking it with my NRA65, because the DBCBS will fund the tax free cash with that.
