I am a section C member who will receive NRA 60 soon
. I was a work place coach for about 20 years ( no longer ), and I also have a smallish driving allowance. Will these make any difference to my final pension pot however small ?

Re: Pensionable pay on allowances
I used to get the £6 reserved rights driving allowance, which was not pensionable.
I'm not sure if the WPC allowance is pensionable or not.
Either way, all pay and allowances that are pensionable should be included in your 'Pensions Contrib Pay' figure on your wage slip. The higher that amount is, the more pension you get.

pretty sure that workplace coach was not pensionable in its orginal version, but the leadership allowance was, workplace was changed a while ago so it might well be now.

Re: Pensionable pay on allowances
A colleague of mine is a workplace coach, he says that the allowance is not pensionable. I believe that the only pensionable allowances still going are now are the night shift allowance, only about half of which is pensionable and half not and possibly the allowance for driving 7.5+ tonne trucks.

The larger of the two delivery supplements are also pensionable, if you are paid them.
