If you read the comments on this subject they all seem to say it is about 6 months before your birthday.

I just heard from rmpp 3 months from my 60 th capita still nothing despite phoning up weekly in the post apparently joke of place

I have been chasing a cetv since December. Granted it’s not a quick thing to produce one, but it’s the lack of response when chasing for an update which I don’t get.
