recieving a pension from age 50
hi everyone,can you help me,ive contributed 32 years pension and i am considering resigning and applying for a reduced pension as i will be 50 soon.does anyone know approximately how much i will get every week? when i wrote to the early leavers section they said they werent obliged to tell me until i had resigned. thank you.

if you take your pension at 50 you will get 50% of what you would get at 60 now every year that go by you get 5% more so that at 55 you would get 75% also if you take your pension before 55 you will not get any index linked rise each year till you reach 55

thank you for the information, will i also recieve half the tax free lump sum payment as well?
