Hi Robert I am a section C member who re-joined RM back in April 2004. I am 64 in February 2022 and took my aged 60 benefits on my 60th birthday. I am going to retire on my 64th birthday, just had enough and just wanted to clarify what pensions are outstanding and who I contact to obtain the fugues. I have been paying into Bonus Plan for couple of years also. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Thank you

Re: Question for Robert T
You'll have your NRA65 to come, which is the pension you accrued between 2010-2018, plus the DBCBS(2018-present) and your Bonusplan.
You can see how much your Bonusplan is worth via the SW Money4Life website, assuming you have login details. https://money4life.scottishwidows.co.uk/employee/#/
As a current member, you need to get in touch with the RMPP in Sheffield to get the ball rolling, details on their website: https://www.royalmailpensionplan.co.uk/.
They are responsible for paying out your 2012-present benefits.
They should in turn get in touch with the RMSPS(Capita) to ensure they provide your options in relation to your 2010-2012 benefits.
Their website is here: https://www.royalmailsps.co.uk/
I have no personal experience of the actual procedure, but going by other posts on this forum, I believe you'll get 2 quotes from both RMPP and RMSPS.
The first quote will just be for the pension and possible lump sum. Once you've said you want to take your benefits, you'll get a second quote which will include the DBCBS and Bonusplan.
It might also be worth telling them you're planning on leaving RM and so to include the pension supplement in the figures.
