It's always the rate of inflation, CPI or RPI, in the previous September.
For section A/B, the CPI rise should be 0.5%.
For section C, the RPI rise should be 1.1%.
For section A/B, the CPI rise should be 0.5%.
For section C, the RPI rise should be 1.1%.
