White Paper – Pensions – Solvency II

As part of our Europa work, the General Secretary recently tweeted – BillyHayes_cwu
“Pensions IQRP Directive, Solvency II, EU Commission threatens, pensions, TUC, CBI, NAPF unite to oppose” – 6th March 17.17

Following this twitter, Branches have sought more detail.

The attached will therefore be of interest. It should also be noted that the result of the RPI – Court Case (LTBs 1029/11 and 069/12 refer) is expected shortly before Easter.
