getting pensioned off

Who determines whether you are pensioned off, is it atos and Drs.
Unfortunately, I dont think i can continue doing deliveries.
do you get a lump sum and a weekly amount, depending on years in service.

You only get an Ill Health Retirement with enhanced pension (based on service) and lump sum if your illness/disability is so severe that you are unlikely to be able to work for the next 10 years, or until you are 60, whichever is first. I think that has to be agreed bt ATOS.
If your illness/disability is less severe, and you are unlikely to be able to work for the next 9 months you would only get a lump sum payoff of 34 weeks pay. Again I think that is up to ATOS to recommend.
