Hi all noticed on my wage slip that AVC contributions have been moved to the deductions column meaning no tax relief does anyone know anything about this many thanks.

Someone else asked the same question a few days ago:

It might be worth noting that you're only losing the benefit of PSE(salary sacrifice), which is based on National Insurance rates and is an 8p in the £ saving on all your pension contributions.

You will still be benefitting from tax relief which is based on Income Tax and is a 20p in the £ saving.
