Having just looked at the F&Q's, it seems that 'you can see an illustration online if you’ve not already started taking your benefits'.

I assume that means that if you've already taken your NRA60, you won't be able to see the other 2 years worth(2010-2012) of RMSPS benefits.
I'm still working for Royal Mail with 8 years to go.
I've not claimed any pension, looks like another capita cock up, what's the next step ?

I have now successfully registered for the RMSPS online portal and the information available is very limited ! Contains some personal scheme details and data relating to benefits paid from NRA 60 but no online illustrations for NRA 65, due in 6 weeks time, even though a provisional estimate given in writing ?

Got a letter back from Crapita, it seems that as I'm still in Royal Mail, all my details are held with RM Pension Service Centre, if I leave the business it gets transferred over to RMSPS site.

Hi Guys,
Keep an eye on Capita's shares. They were struggling before the pandemic. The gov have been issuing them with new contracts eg. Congestion charge and Emergency Services Network to name but two. I thought they would be doing the tracking and tracing for coronavirus but that went to Serco...!!!
Here's the shares link:

Here's the latest on Capita link:

From an ex-posties perspective it seems that Capita have got things sorted with our pensions as there are no new postings appearing, which is great news.

Whilst you are still in RM, if you decide to take your pensions, you contact RMPP in the first instance and they start the ball rolling and then you get paper work from both.
If you leave then you have to deal with both seperatly.

mh54mgh wrote:There is a Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme Online Portal. Had no idea it existed and found it by searching the RM pension websites. Registered myself on the portal a couple of days ago. It gives access to last payslip, payslip history and P60 history. Pity no-one has thought to let anyone know about it. Here's the link

I've just signed up to it and not found anything, its a blank.
I signed up a few months ago and all it shows is my personal details and an estimate of my RMSPS(up to 2012) benefits.
No sign of any payslips or P60's.
It doesn't show my estimate of RMSPS

All I'm getting is this.

"Unfortunately, we are unable to generate a retirement illustration using the default values stored against your pension record."
I had this......change your age back to 60 and it will work.
