Hi guys, it's been a long time! Has anyone received a payslip for this month and a P60 for the year? I think by law they are supposed to send a P60. Does anybody know if we are due a rise? Should we have had a letter? Should we be worried? Are pensions still getting through? Would welcome your input on this as I'm getting twitchy. I know these are difficult times but they've got a fantastic excuse to take leave of their commitments and we need to be onto this

Thanks for that, helped to ease my mind. Capita have been performing well with my pension for the year with payslips every month until this April. With the lockdown, I haven't had a chance to check if my pension has gone through yet for April. We all need to keep a keen eye on them over the next week or two and report on here any shortcomings to warn others.

Latest details,
Monthly paid members
If you are paid monthly, there has been a slight delay in sending your pensions increase letter and P60 and this will not arrive by 30 April as planned. We expect that you should receive your letter by Friday 8 May. Please be reassured that the increase has been applied to your pension and paid on time, please accept our apologies for this delay

There is a Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme Online Portal. Had no idea it existed and found it by searching the RM pension websites. Registered myself on the portal a couple of days ago. It gives access to last payslip, payslip history and P60 history. Pity no-one has thought to let anyone know about it. Here's the link

Dennis, why do you get monthly payslips if you don't mind me asking? I was under the impression you only got them if your pension amount changed by more than £1 such as when you got the annual increase.

Thanks for the reply Steve. I'm not really sure why I have had a payslip every month but I have, even though the amount has not changed since the rise last year. I had a hell of a game getting my pension when I reached sixty (not the only one sadly). I complained strongly to the cabinet office, my MP, the ombudsman, the NAO, the CEO of Capita, the Federation of Occupational Pensioners and the media. I just thought that Capita had had such a rocket over the mess they made at the start that they were sending out payslips each month as a matter of routine to everyone with an improved working initiative.

Thanks for responding and posting guys. Seems we need to watch this space over the next few weeks. Glad I'm not facing this on my own and this thread still remains a great asset for us all.... Keep safe and well

I signed up a few months ago and all it shows is my personal details and an estimate of my RMSPS(up to 2012) benefits.
No sign of any payslips or P60's.

It doesn't show my estimate of RMSPS

All I'm getting is this.

I've had my P60 and payslip for April (I've been singing their praises all along ha ha). Looks like a 1.7% rise. They've also asked for feedback on their communicative ability but I can't think of enough swear words. They want your national insurance number for that too and I would advise caution over this. Should be okay but you never know. I've said I'll get back to them within ten days....ha ha. If you haven't had your P60 and payslip - should be arriving soon, but post on here if any problems :thumbup

Sent my email with all my details on 7th may and to date no response or updates on my benefit illustration.

Is this site run by Royal Mail or Crapita ?

It's the RMSPS website, so it's Capita.

Having just looked at the F&Q's, it seems that 'you can see an illustration online if you’ve not already started taking your benefits'.

I assume that means that if you've already taken your NRA60, you won't be able to see the other 2 years worth(2010-2012) of RMSPS benefits.
