I assume (correct me if i am wrong) - under the terms of their contract they must provide relevant pension information ie statements every year.
Be it by paper or online.
If they are not doing that they are in breach of contract.
The service is simply nowhere near good enough.
They have had the contract a few years now and still have not updated online pension statements (at least for me)
I cannot even get my pension summery online either.

On this page they ask if not happy to contact them and complain, maybe a few complaints might help them get a grip but I doubt it

Eventually a reply ,,, you can view your current value statement on the online portal royalmailsps site. When i log on it says email not recognised. Then when i try re register it says email already in use. Giving up.
