Is it true . Any tax free lump sum taken before April 6th 2024 does not have to be declared?

Is the second pic your RMPP 65 form ?
If so then I would assume you put the lump sum figure (PCLS) from that into the box in the third pic labeled RMPP and the date it is due to be paid, which will be on the letter that came with the RMPP quote.
As already stated, if you phone the helpline they will help you fill it in.

No, if you mean NRA 60 lump sums already taken before. Only anything on or after 6th April 2024.

The first form is from the RMPP and the last form is from the RMSPS
So which option did you choose from the RMSPS , if you chose Option 1 , you do not need to fill the last form in.

The rules before 2024 were slightly different.

Any pension lump sums you took before then should already be on your record, and so don't have to be declared again. They still count towards your overall tax free cash limit, which is £268,275.

OK it had me wondering. First pic is from RMPP 65 and second and third pics are from RMSPS 65 ?
If taking option 1a then I'd imagine he would have to enter both parts of the cash balance in the last form.
I really would recommend giving the RMSPS helpline a ring as they deal with this stuff day in day out and will put you right.

I assume Dalriada is still employed by RM?

The supplement is only paid if you've left the company and until state pension age.

You have to fill in the forms from the RMPP , irrespective of Option chosen.
There is no Option 1a From RMSPS , only option 1 unreduced pension or option 2 reduced due to taking tax free cash.
