Unfortunately we are not allowed to name names on here, all I can say is that he was featured in the flexibility leaflet that came with the courier :cuppa

yes and no , from my experience on the other side of the Hebden Bridge Border , MCM's can be demoted AM's that were only promoted on the Peter Principle in the first place as they were an embarrassment even by RM Standards , sometimes they be an urgent replacement as MCM's have been "persuaded " to "pursue another career " .LOL

Big Al likes Trouble Shooters as they use them in supermarket culture , unfortunately on Planet RM with it's up it's own a*** , bull**** culture thanks to David Brent , there's too many problems to solve which the Troubleshooter won't get credit for , so why bother ; or they try and put out fires which weren't there in the first place.

Some are better operators but that's only because the standard was so p*** poor originally , they've usually got to that level as they've told RM what they want to hear , they tend to be "Messianic" clones , if Leighton turns up at 6am on Sat morning his clones will , unfortunately it's not the 80's anymore and they got rid of Baroness Barmy in a coup .

Nothing wrong with a messanic complex on Planet RM , but if posties are off with stress , depression etc , it's all in the mind and they are obviously swinging the lead of course .

Sounds if Leeds are getting one of Big Al's love children , usual tactic is use the place as a stepping stone for promotion , then cherry pick the "better " managers to take with you if he can't appoint his relatives first .

So the situation reverts back to normal weapons grade bull**** and SNAFU . Happy Days !
