Im not sure if its Nottingham Mail Centre but i feel our union reps are weak. They let managers do postmans work and when complain the responce his i will write a letter.
The mail centre manager must have a sack load reads them and laughs before he chucks them in the bin.
What else can we do to stop this.

Report any Manager doing postmans work along with times dates and duration. Keep
knocking eventually they will crack, especially after the news gets further up the food chain.

Depends on how far up the Manager's backside some of your reps are....... 
And after a while, you can work on points for style,

Most of them are either scared or mates so frustrating having no power to do anything without fair of being suspended in challenging to much.
