Just joined the forum.
Was wondering whether someone could confirm/deny something for me and my Xmas casual colleagues.
For the last few years I have worked as a casual and up until this year received an extra £1.70 on top of normal rate ofabout £5.95 for doing nights.
This year however we are told the extra night rate isn't being paid.
We accepted this was all over the country, but having spoken to the wages processing, they have hinted that the other centres are paying the extra.
I don't want to name which centre I am working at at the moment. for obvious reasons, but please could someone tell me whether they are also doing nights for £5.95 an hour.
