Be prepared for lots more like this as the RM management believe that they have an open season now for to do as they please and claim that it isn't in the agreement and part of the christmas pressure plan!!

They will have been told from above to shaft us hoping that if any of the more militant offices walk out, they will then run to the press and claim that they have done everything in their power to have a strike free christmas!

This will then get them the public support they craved and then the minister without care will re-enter the arena and claim that the big bad CWU was to blame all along

Hope your are watching PEC..... is us who get pumped while you sit in the ivory towers unscathed.

Well it did not take RM long to break the interim agreement did it. I have a question hopefully someone can answer I would have hoped the period of calm would have started at the same time the strikes were called off but acording to this thread RM are breaking the interim agreement already is this the case or does the period of calm start monday, has RM HQ related the deal to its managers? If they have they are breaking the deal with still using bathgate and the CWU should call more strikes asap.

There is a hidden agenda here cause the union have forced a certain degree of concessions from RM and they know that GMC is volatile. They will be hoping to spark UIA and get the public turned against us.

I was told on Friday night that Bathgate isn't being used anymore
We didn't have much mail and the place was full of casuals just the same. I asked a manager to phone Bathgate and get them to send us some mail. his reply was that Bathgate isn't being used !
To make matters worse , we came back from our break to find the casuals sitting in our places .
Meanwhile , the managers were sending LSM/MTT rejects to the FSM . That's fine IF the FSM sorts the letters BUT IT DOESN'T ! We always end up getting hit with thousands of rejects near the end of the shift when they do this .
Managers seem to think they have the green light to walk all over the lot of us . Just remember the ballot is still LIVE and if RM don't stop this cr*p , it's THEM who are ruining the business , NOT US !
p.s. I wouldn't be in the least surprised if they are trying to make EHMC walk out unofficially . Don't do it , that plays right into their hands.
