Sunday Premium

Post by Duran »

Hi All. Just signed for a new duty, which involves a Sunday Night on duty. 18.00 -06.00. Can anyone tell me if Sunday Premium is still paid for working Sunday on duty ?

Yes but only until midnight.
You'll be on the scummer rate from MDT monday am.

( if you want to get paid all night you need to work the saturday night into sunday)

Bumping this thread as I would like to know something. Do people who don’t currently have Sunday as a duty day, who then sign for a new duty including Sunday (in a re-sign) still get Sunday Premium?
I ask because during the strikes, one of the things RM wanted to do was only allow existing duty holders to keep Sunday Premium, and people voluntarily moving to a duty includes Sundays wouldn’t get it.
Was that thrown out?
