Weighted Items Per Work Hour

We have been told we need to improve our WIPWH by 54 points. Can anyone advise on how many hours equates to just one point ?
We are losing traffic to superhubs, so only way to hit target would be to decrease hours. Does this sound familiar !!!

All depends on what is sorted - if say your weighted items is 202,200 and budget hrs is 1151 hrs - you should be shifting 175 WIPGH (Weighted items per gross hr)
