VR Who would take it?
Ok this is a question for processing staff only. I can understand why 9 months pay may be tempting for those on delivery, with the job being so physical but who would take that on the processing/mail center side of things, where let's face it the job isn't too demanding. With many of our colleagues having taken 2 years money recently, I doubt many would be tempted with 9 months. With our workload being reduced because of Psm's and lots going to super hubs it's going to be interesting to see what happens after Xmas?
Lots of people standing around with nothing to do?

Not all MCs have PSMs and we've not lost any work to any superhubs. The local parcel hubs aren't even functioning, just doing what's "proper" to their office, we have to sort the "parcel hub" yorks to whatever office each item is "proper to"wolfman wrote: ↑23 Nov 2022, 08:50Ok this is a question for processing staff only.
