Night shift numbers
Can we have one man on night shift or does there have to be at least two for health and safety reasons? Manager seems to think other offices are running with a one man night shift during Christmas pressure just wondering if anyone has any information to the contrary

Christmas pressure is still happening?
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

Re: Night shift numbers
I used to do nights in my DO on my own for most of the shift. Luckily there were no H&S issues, but the build up to Christmas was the only time there was more than 1 working. We’d have 2 from the start of November, 3 from mid-November, and sometimes 4 for the last couple of weeks.HUGSTEREFC wrote: ↑18 Nov 2022, 21:14Can we have one man on night shift or does there have to be at least two for health and safety reasons? To be honest, solo working at night during Christmas pressure is pointless as you’d spend more time trying to squeeze yorks of packets into the building than actually sorting.
