The customs clearance agent for many import Chinese parcels is experiencing a systems issue. Once cleared, they print out RM T48 labels and over-label items.
The barcodes are working fine, but the addresses being printed out are sometimes in Chinese characters and sometimes in complete gobbledeygook! If you come across these, please scan as "REJECT ADDRESS" on the PDA and RTS. Please see WTLL for images and further details:
