Calling all Mail Centre teams. Right that we are focusing on process lead time and delivering the customer promise on #Mailmark, but please ensure that we keep efficiency at the forefront and keep an eye on #OEE performance.

Focus on hour by hour throughputs will help to drive this measure forward and please ask yourselves do we really need to have that machine running right now?

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

If we were to start our iLSMs later, you'd get an increase in the amount of stuff going manual. Our CSS machines have to start wave 2 before the iLSMs have finished plan 1 otherwise we'd fail wave 2. Our OEE has probably gone down since the network revision, with the changed arrival pattern
