Hi folks,
Newbie here…
I can imagine this question has been asked a thousand times, but this has me stumped as to why…
My mate and I purchased an item each from abroad. Both identical items, same company, purchased and shipped to U.K. on same day.
Both received at Langley on 18th August, he received his on 20th August, but mine is still at Langley and no update as of 18th.
Any idea why my item is still at Langley, and is there any dept I can contact regarding an enquiry…
Btw it’s a Dash Cam…

Best guess is that the batch of mail that yours is in has been chosen by customs for extra check
