I have been told regardless of 15yrs in full time job my recent change to a reserve has meant I can be treated like something you step in left by a canine.
Even my so called Union reps are choosing to side with a jobs for the boys mentality rather than being unbiased and treating people equally. Has anyone got any knowledge of any agreement regarding this as it would be most helpful as my battle has just begun.
