Bristol MCM and their culture.

Post by teesdale »

If the Bristol MCM talks to his managers with no respect what so ever, is that why they speak to us in the same manner. With the idea of academies for junior managers which will come to nothing, I have found the problem lies at MCM and director level. Took a long time for me to identify it, but the language they use, including these performance/quality managers is where it starts. It trickles down, everyone thinking this is whats expected, and we all go round and round in circles. Good for pay and hours off the working week but isn't this a bit repetitive.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
