Good morning all, new member here.
I’ve recently accepted a position of HGV driver at a VOS, but it’s been such a long time since the interview etc that I forgot the ins and outs of the pay structure. I start in a couple of days and just for clarity I’m looking for info on the pay frequency, and additional payments that I’m sure the gaffer mentioned. Maybe unsociable hours and something to do with network revision? My basic is £33.335 for 36.25hrs the rest I’m a big vague with.
Anyone happy to chime in with the details?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
