Without jumping to any conclusions, it would be interesting to know the MC’s feeding the NW Hub were affected when it opened.

I know both chester and Manchester have been affected. The NWhub reach is wide though. So I'm sure others have too.

I work at one of the Mail Centres with a very low “work hours variance” (less than 1 FTE) yet they are still looking to lose over 20 staff across all shifts. I think the short answer is every centre is affected, including some not even on that list.
