A mate e-mailed me tonight telling me how half the building gets let out 10 minutes early, while the others stay and key.

Apparently, it was all down to them not telephoning to let the upstairs crew know to let their guys go as well. We all know that Bottom Floor is more important than Top Floor. Nothing to do with performance either.

Of course, the "admin people" reside on the bottom floor, meaning that "miscommunication" will never happen.

Naturally, breakdowns of communication are not that uncommon here.
