Dont let all the moaning on here put you off we all use this site to sound off and get rid of frustration, but actually as a walking postman its probably the best job I've done its just a pity all the bureaucracy and politics (not party but RM) gets in the ways sometimes, but hey that's they same in almost all jobs.

thanks Mods. it's good to get an insight before you start the job. strangest info i found out on here was you don't get a uniform straight away but have to order it? so you can pretty much wear waht you like?

Yeah within reason (nothing too outrageous!) except you can't wear something that might be provocative.
But you should be given a hi vis vest to wear on top, until your uniform arrives.
