Hi, I'm a student at university currently researching for an HR essay about the strikes between the CWU & Royal Mail. Obviously I had to register to access the forums, so here I am! Although I have interviewed a postman already, if by chance anyone else would like to comment on what they felt the main issues were and why they decided to strike, I would be very appreciative. Obviously any info would be presented completely anonymously (as per our research guidelines).

Loads of info on here from before during and after our little difficulty, however must point out that we are an unofficial and independent site from both RM and CWU, but the members tend to lean more towards the Union.
