Welcome to RMC pauleds Alot of the lads are very depressed at the moment friend,so you might not get a true reflection of what the jobs like,best to wait and see when you turn up on your first day 
What i will say is theres alot more to a delivery Postmans job then what people think,so you could be in for a bit of a shock yourself.Good luck and i hope you enjoy it.
