rural delivery down in kent {tonbridge} new to chat .But long time royal mail . Iam having the problem where my deliveryis not taken out saturdays leaving me with double on mondays. 3 times this as happend in the last month. managements silly answer we do not no why this happens ;liar

welcome lodgerd,give your customers the phone number for customer services or find the watchdog web site and give them that and get them all to complain,nothing like a couple of hundred complaints to speed things up,apart from that welcome
