Hello I am currently doing a research project at my university where I write about stress. I am using Royal Mail as a case study, and I came across ths site.
Stress is the challenge is today's organisations, and Royal Mail serves as a perfect example of how pay, working conditions and change influence the happiness of the employees and how potential stress can lead to great consequences for the organisation, such as the strikes in this case.
Anyhow, great site!
